What we provide
Here at Runeckles Mechanicals we have a passion to create intricate and unique displays. Our state of the art machinery and workshop allow us to deliver complex projects to an extremely high standard.
The first stage of any of our projects are to design and create a proof of principle prototype so that we have a clear understanding of the process we need to deliver each project.
Using our state of the art CNC machine and full time workshop team, we are able to create some truly unique displays. Due to the fact that the mechanisms we create are so complex, we are able to create computer programs which tailor specifically to the needs to each one individually.
Some of our projects need a brain, so we use industrial PLC’s to provide that capacity.
They can be used to take in information from a variety of sensors and switches, and can output to lots of exciting motors, solenoids, pneumatics, and as far as the RS catalogue can take you.
We do the programming ourselves, which allows us to make any modifications in real time either on site or even remotely.
We have a huge amount of experience in transport, logistics and installation of all sorts of incredibly varied projects. We are happy to deal with this side of the project for you as well – we find it is usually much easier for everyone to keep all of the tricky problems under one roof!
